Henrico County has an in-house video dept. that shoots and edits 
their own pieces for cable ch. HC 17..  my dad watched earlier 
this year a history of the Henrico County Fire Department, with a 
good deal of old images, if I remember correctly. They interviewed a lot of 
retirees who they may be able to put you in touch with if the pictures weren&#039;t from their own collection.
